Thanksgiving! I have always love the praying hand as a picture of Thanksgiving rather than the traditional cornucopia. The former reflects our reliance on God while the latter represents the bounty we have. All of a sudden I became spiritual. It is not new to me.

Thanksgiving is a wonderful tradition that North America has acquired from the founding forefathers and has preserved it even until now when the economy is in its all-time high. There are a lot of thing we are thankful for. Even the millions of web-pages in the world will never accommodate it if we start counting them.

Thank you for visiting us. We hope you like the seasonal look.

Keshia has started her speed skating season. She is excited because she gets to race with better skaters. Results of her meet as well as pictures will soon be available in this page.

Yes indeed! It snowed here already. Two more months to winter but we got a taste and feel of it couple of weekends ago. About 7 cm of the white stuff fell. It was enough for Kyle to make a snowman. It didn’t last long though. It rained the following day. And we have yet to experience the autumn sun.

What are we thankful for? I have a lot of things to be thankful for.

  • A loving family, my wife & kids.
  • My parents who taught me to be thankful what ever situation I am.
  • My brothers who are always willing to extend a helping hand.
  • Friends near and far.

The Christmas holiday is just around the corner. People have become so busy preparing gifts. Yet, we never truely experience Christmas until we come to know the Person born on Christmas Day – Jesus.
