Thanksgiving!
God has blessed us and we have so much to be thankful for…
We moved to a home of our own.
Fredericton has been our home for the past four years. We were able to purchase a house on the other side of the city. We moved to our new home in May just in time to start a flower and vegetable garden.
We became Canadian Citizens.
We applied for our Citizenship on our third year in Canada. Karen & Jr took the exam required. The Oath Taking Ceremony was held in the Council Chambers at Fredericton City Hall on a hot summer day.
Karen accepted a full-time job.
After finishing school last February, Karen accepted a term position at NB Power for 20 weeks. She applied for a competition on a full time position and was selected.
Kyle started Kindergarten.
Kyle was very excited to go to a real school and made friends on his first day. He and Keshia go to Priestman St. Elementary School.
